Our Techniques

We use a number of highly-effective adjusting approaches to help improve spinal biomechanics and reduce nervous system interference. The approach we use is based on our judgment and years of experience.
The primary adjusting techniques we use include:
Network Spinal Analysis
Practice members will generally lie face down, making it easy to check leg lengths and observe respiratory and muscular tension patterns. Using specific low force touches to the spine, at specific moments in your respiration cycle. These precise and gentle touches to the spine alert the brain to move away from a defense posture and embrace a more peaceful, resourceful state.

Torque Release (Integrator)
Torque Release uses a gentle touch and light thrusting by hand or small, hand-held instrument called an Integrator. This low-force adjusting method allows the nervous system to better integrate and understand the new corrective information and to process it throughout the spinal cord and brain... read more»
Gentle Diversified
After identifying which spinal bones have lost their normal motion or position, a specific manual thrust is administered to free up “stuck” joints... read more»
Bio Energetic Synchronization Technique (B.E.S.T.)
B.E.S.T. is a physical yet non-forceful, energy-balancing procedure used by the hands to reestablish the full healing potential of the body using its natural healing abilities. B.E.S.T. removes the interference and/or distractions that are demanding the attention of the healing power; thereby causing the imbalance in the autonomic nervous system and ultimately leading to disease... read more»
